- Safety Measures: Customers are required to maintain a safe environment for Poolest personnel. Poolest is not liable for injuries occurring due to customer negligence.
4. Liability and Warranty
- Service Warranty: Poolest guarantees that services will be performed by certified professionals to industry standards. However, Poolest is not responsible for water quality issues arising from conditions beyond our control.
- Limited Liability: Poolest is not liable for damage caused by equipment failure, water chemistry issues, or pool misuse. Liability is limited to the cost of services provided under the agreement.
- Service Disclaimer: Poolest will not be held responsible for any damages due to force majeure, severe weather, or other conditions beyond our control.
